The standard call out charge of £98.40 covers the labour cost and is inclusive of VAT, any parts used will be chargeable. If the appliance is beyond economic repair the call out charge is reduced to £49.20 however that call out charge is waivered if an order is placed with Levett + Martin for a replacement appliance.
